About
Is there really a God worth knowing? If there is, how do we encounter this God and build a relationship with him?
What if we were introduced to him already, but the picture we have of him is angry, distant, and judgmental? Who wants to get close to someone like that?
If you’ve been asking these pertinent and life-changing questions, you’ve come to the right place.
In this series, we help you build a relationship with Jesus by sharing the brain science to develop skills in relating to him for a healthy relationship. We offer pointers for those times where it seems difficult to connect with him and exercises to put into practice to make space to spend time with him.
This podcast is brought to you by Healing Center International. HCI facilitates the development of healthy, maturing communities where people can experientially encounter God through classes, groups and resources, leadership development and mentoring.

Want More Practice?
Daily Connect is an (almost) daily hour of practicing the skills you learned about in our podcast. This multigenerational group meets together every day, except Sundays, at 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EST. This time is free and open to all.
During our time together, we engage our relational circuits, quiet our hearts and bodies, briefly share with each other, practice letting God speak to us through his word, spend time in Immanuel Prayer, and offer prayers for those we know in need. This is a pressure free group of people who practice having healthy, welcoming community, extending grace and kindness to one another. You can find out more through this link: Daily Connect
