Transforming Culture

HCI offers classes, groups and resources to teach people how to have an interactive relationship with God, where they can begin to see all of life from his gracious, loving point of view. Our hope is that they can begin to feel how deeply they are loved, and as a result, love others more deeply in return.

Developing Leaders

HCI provides opportunities for leaders to connect and encourage one another in mutually supportive relationships through leadership development and a mentoring ministry. Our hope is that leaders can take what they learn back to their communities, churches, homes and ministries.

Sustaining Maturity

HCI hosts an annual conference—our Leadership Retreat— focused on relational training, refreshment, and building joy. We also develop curriculum and resources so that others can experience the healthy, relational connections God intended for us and thus sustain healthy, caring, maturing communities.
