Who is My Neighbor?
My Grandmother's Hands, a NYT bestseller, will be the basis of this 12-week study exploring racial trauma in America and a pathway to healing. We'll use portions of various video clips and podcasts, combined with appreciation practice, exercises of mind-body connection, and Immanuel Journaling.
